Why do the packages contain only a few Working Instructions?
Working Instructions (WIs) operate on the level of "How is it implemented?". Since each company has its own way of implementing and executing processes and requirements, we initially focused on the controlled definition of "What must be in place".
However, we can certainly imagine describing the "How" level for certain processes as well.
Why do the packages contain only a few templates, even though the SOPs refer to many templates?
The situation with templates is similar to that of Working Instructions. The implementation of processes ("How is it done?") and the use of templates ("What is documented and how?") can vary significantly from company to company and also depend heavily on the systems used.
For example, exporting technical or process-related documentation from Jira is structured differently than from a SAP environment. Our recommendation reflects the expectations of critical industry standards and incorporates best practices identified across numerous audits.
